Raised a complaint regarding GDPR article 15 with the Danish “Datatilsynet”

A smaller part of this campaign is to make sure that i get access to the information that i personally have stored on my personal Facebook Account. Facebook has a button when they suspend your account where you can download your information. But this is inadequate as they have much more information stored about me, than what i can download using that service.

In my letter of 22nd of November 2025 to Facebook I have exercised my rights as per GDPR article 15.

Right to access – GDPR regulations article 15
I am exercising my right of access under Article 15 in the European GDPR legislation.
As you process my personal data in the facebook account jens@lieto.dk please provide:
– A copy of the personal data you hold about me (including posts, images, and all interactions)
– Information on the purposes, categories, recipients, retention periods, and source of the data
– Details of any automated decision-making or profiling including decision making regarding violation of community standards.
The information provided in the “Download your information” function is not sufficient and do not cover the extent of my rights in article 15 of the GDPR legislation.

As i havent had any response to my legitimate right to access, i have today raised a formal complaint to the Danish “Datatilsynet” (Sorry its in Danish)
