I have been in dialogue with the European commissions DMA unit. One of their early suggestions to me was to raise a formal complaint towards Meta Platform Ireland Limiteds breach of the Digital Service Act directives article 17 and 20 regarding my rights to receive a justification for a suspension of an account, receive a fulfilling description of my redress options and for Meta to provide a internal complaint system.
So today i have raised a formal complaint to “Datatilsynet” in Denmark. You can see the complaint below (in Danish).
