As I did not have any means of contacting Meta to initiate an appeal I used Appeal Centre Europe as they are Out-of-court dispute settlement bodies under the Digital Services Act (DSA). There are a few of these in Europe and you can find them here https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policies/dsa-out-court-dispute-settlement And on November 19th 2025 I raised a dispute case on their website.
