Complaint to the European Commission against META PLATFORMS IRELAND LIMITED for Suspected Non‑Compliance with Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 (Digital Markets Act)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hereby submit a formal complaint regarding Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (“Meta”) for multiple violations of the Digital Markets Act (DMA) relating to suspension of my Facebook account, loss of access to my company’s advertising and business assets, and Meta’s subsequent failure to provide legally required redress mechanisms, transparency, and access to data relevant to my business activities.

Meta is designated as a gatekeeper under the DMA for its Facebook and Meta Ads core platform services, and therefore must comply with its obligations.

The complaint is submitted by Lieto International, Svanelundsvej 4, 9800 Hjørring and the Complainant: Jens Christian Andersen.
